We arrived at Vanya Villa earlier than the check in time (10:30 am) and were very warmly welcomed by the staff (Sadashiv) and asked to wait for our room to be ready, We were waiting in lobby for an hour and were allotted our room before usual check in time. Room was very clean and neat, bathroom was also spotless. (10/10 for tidiness)
We had out afternoon safari booked so we were in a hurry, took our lunch and got ready for the safari. Staff took our safari details and prepared a package of drinking water, fruit juice and a bottle of lemon water to cope with the heat (special thanks to Santu for this).
In the evening dinner was very delicious and the staff (Santu & Debki) were very accommodating for our daughter and for us as well.
Second day we stayed at the resort and enjoyed the amenities - swimming pool, gaming room, cycling, etc. My daughter had best time during this trip and the complete staff at the villa was polite. (10/10 for staff, food & resort)
The only negative I would like to point out is lobby was very hot when we arrived, the air conditioning should be good in the lobby!
Overall we would love to this visit the resort again in future and spend some more time.
